Briston Rains, the visionary behind Holiday Races, is no stranger to the running community. As the founder of Texas Outlaw Running, he transformed a dorm room startup into Texas's largest trail and ultra running event company, hosting 30 races annually and attracting thousands of runners.

During his journey, Briston noticed during the holidays, there were numerous road races, but there was a noticeable lack of trail races that took you on an adventure in the wilderness. This realization sparked the creation of Holiday Races.
